This Privacy Policy explains how Kids Learning Games, an educational application designed for children ages 5–13 and operated by LEYO, handles information.
1. Information stored by the app
Kids Learning Games lets a parent or user create local child profiles. The app may store the following information only on the device:
- Profile name or nickname and age.
- Learning progress, completed stages, answers, attempts, stars, experience points, and learning time.
- Selected language and music, sound, and voice settings.
This information is used only to provide age-appropriate questions, save progress, compare local profiles, and remember app settings.
2. No online collection or transmission
The current Android version of Kids Learning Games is designed to work offline and does not request Internet access. The app does not send child profiles, progress, answers, or settings to LEYO servers.
The app does not require registration and does not collect email addresses, telephone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone recordings, advertising identifiers, or payment information.
3. Local storage and retention
App data is stored in the application's private storage on the Android device. It remains there until the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Android backup is disabled for this application.
4. Children's privacy
Kids Learning Games is intended for children and families. Because the app does not collect personal information online or transmit profile information to LEYO, it does not use children's information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or sale.
5. Audio and device text-to-speech
The app includes local voice files. When device text-to-speech is used as a fallback, the text to be spoken is passed to the text-to-speech service installed on the device. LEYO does not receive that text. Processing may occur locally or through the service provider, depending on the device, installed speech engine, and user settings. The speech provider's own privacy terms may apply.
6. Advertising, analytics, and third-party SDKs
The current version does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social login, or third-party tracking technologies. The app does not sell or share user data.
7. Security
Local information is stored within Android's private application storage. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the app minimizes risk by avoiding account creation and online transmission of learning data.
8. This privacy-policy website
This page does not use forms, advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. It is hosted using Netlify. Netlify may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs, to operate and secure its hosting service. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
9. Parental choices
A parent or guardian can remove all locally stored information by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the application.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the app's information practices change. The revised date will be displayed at the top of this page.
